EzWay ™ Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Kit는 TUNEL과 같은 DNA 기반 분석보다 초기 단계에서 apoptosis를 구분 할 수 있습니다. Annexin V는 plasma membrane phsopholipid인 phosphatidylserine (PS)에 높은 친화력을 가진 칼슘 의존성 인지질 결합 단백질입니다. non-apoptotic cells에서 대부분의 PS는 원형질막의 내부 층에만 존재하지만, 세포 사멸을 유도 한 후 PS는 extracellular 환경에 노출되고 Annexin V는 PS에 결합합니다. Annexin V-FITC (녹색)에 대해 양성으로 염색되고 PI에 대해 염색되지 않는 세포는 apoptosis를 진행중입니다. Annexin V-FITC (녹색) 및 PI (빨간색) 모두에 대해 양성으로 염색 된 세포는 apoptosis의 말기 단계에 있거나 necrosis가 진행되고 있거나 이미 죽은 상태입니다. Annexin V-FITC 및 PI 모두에 대해 염색되지 않은 세포는 살아 있고 측정 가능한 apoptosis가 진행되지 않은 상태입니다.
